Pasta Class
Yvonne's Basic Pasta Class
Delight in a pasta making event similar to that of an Italian kitchen!
The Basic Pasta Class is two hours in length with up to six students and includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Welcome toast with a glass of Prosecco
- Italian Antipasto tray
- A brief overview by your host on past traditions
- A demonstration on the art of pasta making
- A "Handmade Pasta By Yvonne" gift apron
- Preparation of pasta dough
- Creation of hand rolled and hand cut pasta to be eaten in class
- Using a manual pasta machine to create fettuccine to take home
- Italian dolce and handmade Gelato after dinner
- Finish with Lemoncello and Espresso
